Rotary Lends a Hand with Katoomba Surf Club Skate Contest
In a great example of mountains Rotary clubs working together, Katoomba, Upper Blue Mountains Sunrise, and Central Blue Mountains pitched in to feed contestants and spectators in the Katoomba Surf Club Skateboard Competition.
We ran a BBQ to feed 300 with donationed supplie form Blue Mountains Council and Baker's Delight.
Along with the skate contest, we got to try our hand at some street art as the pros added a mural to the bare concrete next to the skate bowl.
